   • Guests are requested to arrive 10–15 minutes before their scheduled appointment

   • Delayed arrival may result in reduced service time to maintain scheduling fairness for all guests.
      

3. Health and Wellness:
    

   • Please inform our team about any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your service begins

   • Pregnant guests are advised to consult a healthcare professional before booking any wellness service

   • Certain medical conditions may require medical approval prior to receiving specific service. 
      

4. Payment and Gratuity:
    

   • Payment is to be completed after service completion. We accept cash and digital payment methods as per availability.
      

5. Spa Facilities:
    

   • Access to facilities such as steam and jacuzzi may require prior booking and may include additional charges

   • We request all guests to maintain a calm environment and avoid loud conversations or mobile phone usage inside the spa premises.
      

6. Personal Belongings:
    

   • Golden Aura Spa is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings during your visit

   • Guests are encouraged to secure valuables safely or avoid bringing them along.
      

7. Age Requirement:
    

   • Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Certain services may not be available for minors.
      

8. Gift Certificates:
    

   • Gift certificates are available for selected services and products

   • They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
